Weight Loss Journey: Walked 4.6 miles today

  Today was the first day I added exercise to my weight loss journey.  I was very proud of myself.  I walked a brisk 4.6 miles today.  Below are my before and after pictures. RECIPE: Blueberry Smoothie

  Two scoops Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix (French Vanilla) One scoop Personalized Protein Powder 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 3 slices of frozen peaches One cup almond milk (or water) 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds (if desired) Place all of the above ingredients in a blender, except peaches in blender and mix thoroughly. Pour into your favorite glass. Garnish with frozen peaches. Enjoy  

Day 10 of 100 Days of Happiness and Gratitude

First and foremost I would like to give thanks and praise to God for allowing me to live another day. “Home is where the heart is,” with that said, today I am grateful for my beautiful family. I had an awesome day just sitting on the couch watching television with my family.  The conversation was awesome.

RECIPE: Mango, Strawberry, Peach Sorbet

When craving ice cream this is a great alternative   Two scoops Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix (French Vanilla) One scoop Personalized Protein Powder 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen mangos 1/2 cup frozen peaches One cup almond milk (or water) 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds (if desired) Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. Mix. Enjoy add more liquid to make a smoothie
