Trigeminal Neuralgia: Ears feeling stuffy and weird in a noisy room
Do your ears feel stuffy and sometimes trigger pain due to noises?
Sometimes when I am in a crowded room my hearing becomes muffled and my ears feel very stuffy and weird.
If I stay in this environment too long the pain will creep up on me and in what seems like no time I will be suffering from a full-blown Trigeminal Neuralgia attack.
I shared my thoughts in the Trigeminal Neuralgia and Facial Pain group on Facebook to find there are many that suffer from this pain trigger.
One young lady suggested that I wear earplugs. She says she keeps them around her neck because she never knows when she will need them.
I let her know that I have small ears and have always had a problem with earplugs falling out of my ears and she suggested these earplugs: Howard Leight Fusion Earplug-small size.
Another young lady suggested that I try out ear plugs for children since they are smaller. Duh, why didn’t I think of that.
Don’t Sit on a Question
My mom always told me that “a closed mouth does not get fed.”
A friend once told me that “silence is the virtue of fools.”
I’m so glad I posted this to the group.
I hope this post was helpful to others.
Please help us find a cure so no one else has to cry.
